Cronulla based photographer Brett Shearer has in recent years found a large passion for Surfboat Photography fitting right in to the Surf Life Saving culture. It was a few school mates that encouraged him to take some shots of them rowing and has now evolved into a very enthusiastic and accomplished surf photographer. He has travelled twice around the world working in conjunction with Lonely Planet venturing to out of the way places hoping to capture the world's beauty through the lens.

In a nutshell that sums up Brett's major passions: Surfing and Travel - and what better way to make the most of the everyday, ie working on the beach and off the beaten track.

The bulk of this website is concentrated on Surboat rowing and you can find Brett photographing at most boat carnivals throughout the Australian summer, travelling up and down the NSW coast and across the borders if there's a good swell on.

Because there are too many surf clubs to name, to help with navigation through this web site every carnival is broken down into individual club folders so you don't have to browse through hundreds of images to find what you are after. Please allow 1-3 days for images to appear online after each carnival.
