Easter has been kind to us this year both with the magic weather and the opportunity for me to shoot the glamorous Long Reef girls. The Open Women's crew made it to Round 3 at the Aussies this year at Kurrawa and were looking in shape and mighty fit for a few photos on Long Reef Beach at dawn on Good Froiday. I do hope you appreciate the feast they have provided for the optical nerve.

SWELL SWELL SWELL! Where is it is the question? It has been a terrible season for waves and as such my surfboat galleries are suffering. Without the waves and half decent conditions these carnivals are hardly worth shooting for me. So I do apologise on the behalf of Huey who seems to be napping this year.
Also worth stating is that due to accreditation issues I will not be photographing at either the State or Aussie titles again this year. SLSA seems reluctant to allow secondary photographers on the beach in addition to their current agreement with Harvie Alison. WHY is beyond me. Sorry I can't be there to capture some great images of your crews competing in the penultimate event of the year.

Recently added to my gallery pages is a range of images of Long Reef's lovely ladies, well young ladies I should say. The U23 girls have put on their best happy faces for a great shoot down at North Narrabeen last weekend. This is a professionally shot photo shoot that I organised with the Long Reef surf club and I wanted to put up to display what any club can have should they desire. If there are any crews interested in organising such a shoot with me please don't hesitate to call me and we can organise something special, including a sunrise shoot. Stay tuned for more stunning images in the near future.
North Narra also turned the surf on ladies and gents but unfortunately I couldn't stick around for the surf due to other commitments. I know Bill Sheridan was there so he will be the man to see re imagery.
